Training
To ensure customers are confident in using their New Macey products, Managing Director, Ric Macey offers training for all technical standards, either one-on-one or in a group forum.
Each session is supported with notes, theory and a practical demonstration and concludes with a final test to ensure each person is competent in using the equipment.
Areas of training include:
- fitting electrical connectors systems;
- testing, locating and repairing electrical apparatus breakdowns;
- understanding and operating partial discharge equipment; and
- creating modern current transformers via fibre optics.
“I want my customers to always be satisfied with what they have purchased,” said Mr Macey.
“They should be comfortable and happy with the principal operation of the apparatus.”
If, at any point, New Macey customers have a problem with their product, Mr Macey is more than happy to talk through any issues over the phone.
New Macey will also offer a full refund if any equipment is deemed faulty or the customer is unhappy with what they have purchased.
Training sessions can be conducted on-site or in the New Macey workshop in Tomago.
